I have used a mixture of printers from a BCN3D Sigma, Folgertech ft-5 and more recently a Prusa MK3 for producing parts for the OpenRC. I have tended to go with fairly generic profiles and recerntly find that the default ones for the prusa mk3 got me very good results. As far as slicers i have mainly used S3d in the past but for the past year Slic3r PE.

The flexible tyres etc can be more of a challenge but that comes down more to the printer setup.

I just printed mine on XYZ 1.0 Pro in Hatchbox ABS filament using simplify3d slicer It came out very nicely with minimal issues. Had to re-do one part because I did not use supports. Now I am trying to see if I can do multicolor print on a single nozzle with simplify3d. I am getting regular tires for mine not sure if I want to run ninja flex thru a stock nozzle and my e3d upgrade is still being shipped.
